We Do It All

This phase includes coming out to your site and taking measurements for site grade and location. We then discuss any issues we see that may need to be addressed during installation. We then provide you with a detailed proposal for your project and if terms are acceptable we furnish a written contract, collect deposit and place your project on our schedule.  All jobs are started and finished before we move on to another project. Typical turn around time is 2 - 5 days, depending upon size of project. All scheduling is done on a first deposit received first project to be done. Meaning that once we have a signed contract and deposit collected your project goes on our schedule and you will not be bumped for any reason. 

Working with your trust in mind, we stay accountable throughout the entire job. From design to pour and quality control, we stay focused on the goal. When it's close to your project start date you will be contacted so you are aware of when we will be on your site. We will come on the start day and make site grade for your specific project, form up your project design and do a walk thru with you to ensure design layout is what you had in mind. 

The last step in any project. This phase includes pouring concrete, finishing poured concrete, site cleanup, final inspections and form removal *(if concrete has not set up enough to remove forms we will typically come back the following day for form removal). After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction and collect final payment.  We offer dirt work to any project for an additional charge. 

If your projects is for one of our decorative concrete services your project turn around time will differ slightly due to the processes needed to complete this type of project correctly. Slight differences are during the bid proposal/contract signing phase you will be provided a color chart if getting colored or stained concrete, stamp patterns if you are getting stamped concrete and your choices will then be outlined in your contract. Project start/completion differs in the aspect that it requires additional time for certain services. Therefore, you can typically add an additional day on to these types of projects to allow for cleaning off release, drying and sealing your project.  

We stand by our workmanship and will work with you to correct any issues. We typically don't have to utilize this service because of the attention to detail and time we take with you on your project.  Sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control issues arise and we want you to know that we are here for you. If the issue is due to a product used on your project has failed we will contact the supplier and get a remedy. If it's due to weather or act of god we will work with you on cost to get it fixed,
